The Hon. Robert Hill AC, Chair of the Board of the CRC for Low Carbon Living, recently visited Josh’s House to see the project first hand.

The family home is now 12 month’s into a three-year Living Laboratories project through the CRC LCL and Curtin University. With detailed monitoring well underway, Josh was pleased to report that the project is showing good results towards zero carbon in the early stages, and the team is now exploring what role battery storage can play to further improve performance of the house.

For regular snapshots of how the house is performing, check out our Facebook page. A detailed performance report will also be available from the Josh’s House website in early July 2014.
