Josh’s House project partner Living with Innovation is hosting a Window Furnishing information evening at their Subiaco showroom on Wednesday the 1st of October.

Titled ‘Sustainable Living Doesn’t Cost the Earth’ the evening will feature a presentation from Josh Byrne where he will discuss how window furnishings helped him achieve the 10 star natHERS* rating in his Josh’s House project.

Window furnishings are often an overlooked part of the overall thermal performance of your house and I am continually amazed at how much of a difference it makes to the temperature in our home” say’s Josh “when blinds, shutters, curtains and pelmets are combined with good solar passive design and they’re correctly managed as part of your daily routine, then the need for additional air-conditioning is dramatically reduced. This means saving electricity and money.”
